Initial Comments:
An offsite follow-up survey conducted on February 1, 2022 found that Adwa Home Care Inc. had corrected the following deficiencies cited under 28 Pa. Code, Part IV, Health Facilities, Subpart G. Chapter 601. The deficiencies were cited as a result of a re-licensure survey completed on December 2, 2021.
